21 Broad Hotel is located at 21 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA, right in the heart of downtown. Our prime location puts you just steps from the island’s best dining, shopping, and waterfront attractions.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
We do our best to accommodate early and late check-ins with advanced notice. If you plan to arrive outside of standard check-in hours, please let us know as soon as possible to make arrangements.
Yes, Nantucket is accessible by ferry or plane. The Hy-Line Cruises and Steamship Authority offer ferry service from Hyannis, MA. Seasonal routes are also available from New York City, New Bedford, and Martha’s Vineyard. Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK) offers seasonal and year-round flights from major East Coast cities, making your arrival easy and convenient.
21 Broad Hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, and parking in downtown Nantucket is limited. We recommend leaving your car on the mainland and exploring the island by bike, foot, or Nantucket’s shuttle system. Taxi and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available from the ferry terminal or airport.

We require a two-night minimum stay on most weekends and a three-night minimum during holidays and peak season. If you’re looking for a one-night stay, please contact us directly to check availability.
Yes, a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.
