Deposit

For stays of any length, a deposit of 50% of the total charges is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit. The additional 50% of the total charges is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of the full reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the total reservation value will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival date. Booking within 14 days of arrival full reservation values is charged at booking. Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 processing fee. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, all pre-payments are non-refundable. To modify or cancel your reservation please contact our team directly.

Check-in/Check-out times

Check-in is available after 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. For late arrivals or special accommodations, please contact the property.

Check-In Minimum Age

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in at all properties.

Room Occupancies & Additional Persons

Per our local fire code, all of our guest rooms are based upon double occupancy of 2 persons per room. We do not offer roll aways or cots.

Pets & Service Animals

While we love our furry friends, our property is not pet friendly with the exception of registered service animals.

  • Please add a note in the “Notes” section at checkout letting us know the quantity, size, and name(s) of your service dog(s).
  • Service dogs must never be left in guest rooms alone.
  • If unregistered dogs are discovered in rooms, or if a pet causes stains or damage to a guest room, a charge of $250.00 per night will be added to the guest's credit card on file.

HOUSEKEEPING

We offer a daily light touch housekeeping service of your room. For guests staying with us longer than three nights, we will provide a full service housekeeping of your room after the third night of your stay. Should you be in need of anything specific during your stay with us, please feel welcome to text or let one of our Guest Experience team members know.

Alcohol Policy

Whether or not we sell alcohol on the premises, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.

OUR HOTELS ARE NON-SMOKING

All of our hotels are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.

FIREARMS POLICY

At our hotels, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. To ensure everyone's well-being, we have a policy regarding firearms on our premises. We understand that guests may have valid reasons for possessing firearms, so our policy aims to balance safety and respect for legal rights. For the safety of all, we do not permit the open carry of firearms on our property, regardless of local laws.

While we respect the rights of guests who are legally allowed to have firearms, we require them to follow specific guidelines:

  • Firearms must be securely stored in a locked, hard-sided container provided by the guest while on our property.
  • When not in use, firearms should be safely stored in the guest's room or vehicle. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the hotel.
